In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and contributing to the overall sales success of the company.What you'll be doingIdentify and qualify new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segmentDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencersAccurately forecast sales and pipeline, and provide regular updates to managementCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful client onboarding and supportStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needsParticipate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company's servicesWhat we're looking forMinimum 3-5 years of proven success in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the laboratory sales industryStrong understanding of the New Business Development landscape and the ability to tailor sales strategies accordinglyExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targetsProficient in using CRM and other sales-related softwareDegree in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceVacancies available in Penang, Kelana Jaya, Nilai, and Johor Bahru.What we offer At Eurofins NM Laboratory Sdn Bhd, we believe in providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
