- Language Proficiency – Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Experience – At least 1 year in onboarding or customer service support (any industry)
- Communication Skills – Strong ability to handle queries, objections & interact effectively
- Need to work experience in KYC OR AML.
- Problem-Solving – Good reasoning, analytical skills & critical thinking
- Attitude & Mindset – Positive, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for improvement
- Emotional Intelligence – Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
- Assist customers in placing online orders efficiently.
- Provide prompt support via inbound calls and emails.
- Process payments securely, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Proactively address issues to protect brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and improve customer experience.
- Maintain service quality by sharing feedback and recommendations.
- Stay updated through training and continuous learning.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company and client.
