Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting client service activities for Relationship Managers covering existing BOS clients interested in opening accounts with BOS Wealth Management Malaysia Berhad.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Completing client onboarding documents and ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • FOLLOWING UP with clients on any document deficiencies and providing timely updates on the status of their applications.
  • ASSISTING Relationship Manager in coordinating BOSWME specific matters with Local Compliance, including reviewing and verifying documentation as required.
  • SETTING UP and maintaining BOSWM-MY NDPM mandate accounts, ensuring all instructions are executed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS' RELATED EXPERIENCE in client servicing or Front Office sales support with multi-national private banks.
  • ABILITY TO WORK WITH COMPLEX STRUCTURES FOR ACCOUNT OPENING AND ONGOING DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS.
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING INVESTMENT PRODUCTS.
  • PROFICIENCY WITH FINANCIAL TOOLS SUCH AS BLOOMBERG IS PREFERRED.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CLIENT INTERFACING SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES ALIKE.
  • METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, WITH A FOCUS ON DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY RESULTS IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
  • POSSESS A FUTURE-ORIENTED MINDSET, WITH A WILLINGNESS TO INNOVATE AND ADAPT TO CHANGES IN THE MARKET.
  • MUST BE A STRONG TEAM PLAYER, WITH EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO INTEGRATE QUICKLY INTO AN ESTABLISHED TEAM.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
