  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.

  • Develop and present tailored recruitment solutions to meet client requirements.

Strategic Business Growth:
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to achieve business growth targets and expand market share.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industries, and competitors.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth.

Proposal Development & Negotiation:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, agreements, and contracts to potential clients.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the agency.

Industry Knowledge:
  • Leverage a deep understanding of recruitment and staffing services to establish the agency as a trusted hiring partner.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative technologies within the recruitment landscape.

Collaboration & Feedback:
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive customer satisfaction.

  • Collect and provide actionable feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and optimize recruitment strategies.

Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or staffing industry.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively, from onboarding to ongoing support.

  • Deep understanding of recruitment and staffing processes, RPO models, and workforce planning principles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, such as Mandarin, is beneficial but not necessary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Flexibility to work remotely or in-office, with a willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
