Sales Specialist CVI APAC
Job Description- Drive product growth by providing product expertise throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with (Key) Account Managers and Sales Executives to support and win prospective opportunities for EI
- Deliver product demonstrations and support in-depth conversations with prospective customers to demonstrate product value proposition
- Advise customers on optimal product configuration to support their underlying needs
- Partner with non-EI sellers on co-selling opportunities to bring the full value of our EI portfolio to broader Philips enterprise customers
- Educate channel partners and non-specialist sellers on core value proposition of products to support their lead generation and qualification activities
- Business Development
- Direct Engagement of customers and management of funnel and opportunities to drive business growth where the stakeholder group or department are not within the mix managed elsewhere within the organization.
- Collaboration with Account Managers and Sales Executives to build new relationships around your assigned portfolio to build engagement and maturity of sales capability in the space.
- Support translation of EI business unit strategy into business objectives
- Collaborate with regional business unit leaders to ensure relevant BU/product-specific sales initiatives are effectively deployed in the field with our customers
- Effectively support the order funnel to build towards targets and EI business objectives
- Maintain EI seller best practices (incl. Salesforce utilization and hygiene) to enable effective reporting and forecasting
- Evangelize the assigned business at internal and external events to drive share of mind and engagement
- Support content and programs
- Collaborate with ZBUL and Sales teams to create and roll out targeted programs for business growth
- Support the creation of standardized packages and deliveries across the zone with fit for purpose configurations and pricing.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Healthcare IT product-specialized sales role - providing deep technical expertise to clinical customers during sales process, proven track record of delivering business results for key products.
- Track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite)
- Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
- Quality first and Patient Safety mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working in complex organizations in marketing or commercial function in a large Multinational Company.
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships within matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers, cross business, and cross function.
- Ability to build capabilities, process design, ownership, and implementation.
- Can-do attitude, creative mindset, searching for solution, strong drive and focus on results, belief that we can win, ability to move or get around barriers to success.
- Potential travel 60-80%
