Sales Manager for Smartphone

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve the sell through/out target via executing the overall plan in certain area.
- Manage & train RE and promoter team, ensure punctuality & attendance, set sell out target and ensure achievement.
- Manage retail store merchandising: mount up POSM and gift, live demo units display.
- Execute retail promotions/activities to achieve good results. Develop area promotion plan to increase sell out.
- Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers and their employees.
Academic Qualification(s): Candidate must possess at least Diploma & above.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- 3~5 years of work experience in the related field is required.
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary Range: RM4,000-RM10,000
Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
