Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Propose and lead the organization of webinars on related topics.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partnerships.
- Responsible for selling training services (in-house training, public training, and e-learning) to new and existing clients.
- Attend to existing and potential clients' inquiries and requests from incoming calls and emails, and identify new prospects through targeted calls to generate sales revenue.
- Responsible for the achievement of the sales target set by Training Manager, N+1.
- Accurately summarize customer needs, prepare training proposals, and secure client agreement to price and training delivery.
- Maintain and update information in Salesforce including client details, client information, sales pipeline updates, and sales activity.
- Remain up to date on various ISO standards and be able to provide brief insights to clients.
Client & Stakeholders Relationship Management:
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate and present training services to clients.
- Identify and work with industry partners to promote BV's public training services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trainers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful training delivery.
- Perform ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Provide regular updates to Training Manager, N+1 on progress and challenges.
- Plan ahead with minimal disruption.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience working in Sales & Marketing, Training & Competency Building sales.
- Candidates with relevant experience in sales or business development, especially related to ISO standards or training services, would be an added advantage.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition.
- Resourceful, independent, and a team player who works well with all levels.
