Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence

We are looking for an experienced individual who has prior working experience in sales force management and has the drive to maximize business goals and sales team performance.
Candidate will own and drive our activity plans for the channel segments, crafting customer-centric mechanics based on insights gathered from consumer, customer and company lens. You will also initiate and/or support efforts towards developing, implementing and assessing programs to effectively market to our consumers through our customers. You will build and implement sales strategies established for assigned brands and target audiences. These plans should optimize the return on brand investment inclusive of consumer promotions, trade communications, and customer-specific marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving sales force productivity.
- Be responsible for sales force effectiveness, including customer profiling and segmentation, targeting, territory management.
- Working closely with sales teams to develop tailored strategies for specific sales channels.
- Provide data analytics & insight on business opportunity & risk from productivity report and other various analysis.
- Using CRM to ensure regular SFE reports to various levels of users with follow-up actions.
- Channel Marketing Strategy Development: create and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals, and tactics in collaboration with Brand Teams to provide optimal resource allocation.
- Data Analysis: dive deep into data analysis to unearth strategic insights that inform our sales direction.
- Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure successful collaboration, and product placements.
- Performance Tracking: monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade/channel marketing initiatives, using metrics to assess performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Budget Management: track channel marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Training and Support: provide training and support to country sales teams to ensure appropriate portfolio management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, sales operations, sales team management, preferably within the pharma industry. Good understanding of local healthcare environment, regulations and market access. Regional experience is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and trade promotion management systems, MS excel.
