Sales & Business Development Manager

This job is for a Sales & Business Development Manager. You might like this job because you'll be leading sales efforts, building relationships, developing staff, and expanding business opportunities.
Responsibilities- To promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- To prepare quotations and job sheets to proceed with confirmed orders
- To build trustworthy relationships with new and existing customers
- To report monthly sales reports to the Managing Directors
- To collect feedback and act to fill the gaps
- Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and actively participating in quality management processes to maintain compliance and improve organizational effectiveness
- To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- To develop a business expansion strategy that grows the company
- To create awareness and develop collaboration in the market
- To catalyze innovation and transform the business model
- Minimum qualification: Degree in Business Admin or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Advanced computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
