Manager, HR Business Partner

The incumbent will support on all human resources business partnering matters globally which includes and is not limited to supporting in driving full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employer branding, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement and development across all regions. This position will work very closely with HQ, regional and country HR on all global HR matters and initiatives and its implementation.

  • Assist with cascading and aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Provide HR guidance when appropriate and manages complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Partner with HR COE to roll out HQ initiatives, policies and standardization as well as undertake to drive best practices, reinforce policies, provide guidance and interpretations, and constantly make revisions to make it relevant.
  • To perform other duties as required by the management team.

About you:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years' solid experience in sizable establishments. Regional and/or Global management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Project Management (PMP) skills is preferred.
  • A passionate people-centric professional who is commercially savvy with keen interest in process improvement.
  • Ability to dissect global regulatory practices and resourceful in researching within foreign employment market.
  • Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all employees and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong people management and networking skill and ability in building multi-cultural relationships.
  • Positive person with growth mindset and strong capacity in problem-solving.
  • Capable of driving excellence and flexible in approach with a learning attitude.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills with ability to deliver compelling, engaging, informative, transformative, educational, enlightening, and/or instructive presentations.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
