Job Overview

The Human Resource Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent. They will develop and implement talent development programs in collaboration with department managers and build a talent pipeline to reduce turnover rates.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of people management and organizational dynamics, excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle conflict resolution and influence change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management:
    Recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs in collaboration with department managers.
  • Build a talent pipeline and reduce turnover rates.
  • Business Alignment:
    Understand market trends, industry competition, and internal strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements:
  • Age below 40
  • Language Skills:
    Must be proficient in Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing abilities.
  • Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Key Skills:
    Strong understanding of people management and organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and influence change.
