Intro

As Marketing Manager for Advanced Wound Care (AWC), you will be reporting to the Country General Manager and will be responsible for the direction and management of all marketing activities and initiatives as well as collaboration with the local team and Regional Marketing Manager.

You will be driving the region's initiative and contribute towards achieving revenue goals and increase market share through sales, marketing, and close collaboration and synergy with the local team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, execute, and drive Marketing strategies and programs designed to support sales initiatives, ensuring such programs are aligned to meet the business's objectives.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and source reliable market analysis and data to build effective marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the local team to customize marketing programs to the unique needs of the local market.
  • Effectively use marketing functions to optimize information and data related to customers and prospect interactions.
  • Develop and conduct product training and marketing program updates for the sales team.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to Business Manager/local leadership.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written, including regular and timely communication between the local team and the regional management and marketing team.
  • Build ConvaTec's brand by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees, with ongoing enforcement of ethical business practices.
  • Oversee all digital channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales/marketing experience in comparable industries. Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical/Consumables is preferable.
  • Able to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Proven track record of success in new product/new market environments. Experienced in launching new products in SEA regions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Broad experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent verbal, written presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical abilities leveraging data, analytics, and industry knowledge to drive acquisition growth and lifetime value metrics.
  • Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, partnerships, features, services, digital marketing, and capabilities that impact program profitability and drive change.
