Job Title: Area Sales Executive / Van Salesman (Outdoor Sales) - Penang

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be proactive, enthusiastic, aggressive and a team player.
  • Speak in Mandarin or dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Penang.
  • No Experience / Fresh Graduate can apply this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and providing support to existing customers as well as establishing a new customer base.
  • Understand customer's needs and requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Attend to customers' inquiries on purchase orders, delivery dates, etc.
  • Compile sales data on daily order intake and delivery reports on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Monitor issuance of customer feedback and complaints.
  • Coordinate with the Logistic Department for delivery matters.
  • Cross-sell company products and services.
  • Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing and report to the Head of Department.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, markets, and opportunities.
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets.
