Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns and work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs
- Identify and escalate potential issues to management as needed
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus
