**Sales Support Executive (Export Market)**

**What do we do in ELCO?**
- We are the only local manufacturing company that produces Power Capacitors and Lighting Capacitors.
- If you see the TNB panels, the components (Power Capacitor) are our product. Or if you are using the North-South Highway, the street lights on the highway will also contain our lighting capacitors
- Besides our core business manufacturing capacitors, we are also very involved in power quality efficiency ensuring we support sustainability of Mother Earth.

**Who we are looking for in ELCO?**
- Someone who is proactive, good in interpersonal communication skills, meticulous, resilience, customer relationship management, time management, organization skills, analytical and multitasking skills.

**What do we want you to do in ELCO?**

The purpose of this role is to support the sales function for customers located in Southeast Asia, and certain countries in Europe, Middle East and Australia with minimum supervision.
- To provides assistance and support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales databases.
- To administer the incoming orders from sales teams by performing the following:

- Check product prices, discounts or product requirements;
- Check stock availability or production schedule;
- Discuss with production department on possible delivery dates.
- Maintain systematic filling system, safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate, manage and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements (i.e. the issuance of Certificate of Origin).
- Liaise with freight forwarder for shipment arrangement and negotiate freight rates.
- To coordinate with Production team and to get involve in Production Planning.
- Maintain a watchful eye on collections, reporting any overdue accounts.
- To conduct Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey & analyse customer response and feedbacks.
- Generates weekly sales reports for management.
- Be expected to travel overseas for expos when required, handle & coordinate with marketing materials and enthusiast with meeting people at the expos.
- Coordinate with R&D department for new product specifications.
- Liaise with supplier for trading items stock lead time & price checking.
- Ability to work with cross-department functions (e.g. Sales, Production, R&D, Procurement & etc)
- Be flexible on other task arrangements as assigned by superior or management at any time.

**What do you need to have to apply?**
- A Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Business Administration / International Business or related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing & export (logistics) market background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with ERP Infor Syteline experience an added-advantage.
- With experience in liaising & arranging with the banks on documentation related to the trade (i.e. Letters of Credit & etc), would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in spoken & written in English and Bahasa Melayu, with good command of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Customer oriented. Willing to provide good service and commit to internal & external customer, multitasking & set priority.
- Self-directed, proactive, good analytical, independent and resourceful, with a sales-driven mindset and able to work with minimum supervision.
- An adventurous spirit ready to explore new challenges.
- A good team player with good communication skills.
