- As Affiliate Marketing Associate/Sr Associate, you will join the team responsible for shaping and executing Lazada’s strategy on Affiliate Program. Reporting to the Manager of Affiliate Marketing, you will grow, manage and drive high quality conversion campaigns across different affiliate segments and partners, and seek out innovative approaches that optimize and enhance their performance for optimal results. You will also grow with us - Lazada’s focus is on creating career paths within the organization that ensure you will be able to continually enhance your own career prospects.**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with a team of experienced and high-performing Affiliate marketers through the end-to-end operations (Creation, implementation, tracking, post-action analysis, optimization, campaign management) of the KOL segment
- Recruiting KOL, Influencers or Social Sellers to be part of Lazada Affiliate Program
- Establishing and growing strong relationships with Lazada Affiliate Partners (Influencers/ Social Sellers/ KOL), consolidating our position as partner of choice.
- Managing KOL performance and growth on daily basis - To keep the KOL active and engage and grow with Lazada Affiliate Program.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross function team for the opportunity in getting perks for KOL partners in promoting the brands.
- Negotiating with KOL partners for an exclusive arrangement and deals with brands.
- Reporting performance key metrics and projects implementation status to upper management, as well as providing relevant strategic insights and supporting data.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- At least 2 years’ experience working in one or more of the following industries: ecommerce commercial, affiliate marketing or KOL agency.
- Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliate programs, experience in leveraging site analytics & insights in order improve performance
- Have a strong knowledge of the latest social media trends, social commerce and familiar with social media features.
- Proven clients/partners management skills especially in Social commerce, KOL and influencer management.
- Experience using an affiliate/partner management platform (Appflyer, Optimize are a strong plus) and knowledge of business-related topic (multi-touch attribution, tracking, different business models eg. CPS, CPC)
- Knowledge of MS office package (Excel/PowerPoint above all) functional to the creation of business planning, sales and reporting material such as the following:
