An Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items. Their duties include hiring and training staff to cook their dishes, expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu. Executive Chefs complete a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure a kitchen runs optimally and patrons' meals are satisfactory. His responsibilities frequently include: ï

- prepare various types of mandi food. ï
- ¶ Invent and prepare newly food items. ï
- ¶ As a Mandi food specialist prepare delicious mandi with Chicken and lamb. ï
- ¶ Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus. ï
- ¶ Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to set item prices ï
- ¶ Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry ï
- ¶ Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations. ï
- ¶ Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities. ï
- ¶ Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards. ï
- ¶ Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs. ï
- ¶ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. ï
- ¶ Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors. ï
- ¶ Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff ï
- ¶ Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, planting and delivery. ï
- ¶ Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques. ï
- ¶ Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed. ï
- ¶ Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
