**Requirements**
- Must be good in both English + Malay languages
- Able to work shift base
- Must be flexible to work on anytime including weekend/public holiday
- Must have own transport
- Handle Customer enquiry via telephone to provide information and assistance.
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- To meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth by the Company as we as team goals.
- To perform outbound calls to follow up on consumers enquiries and to provide resolutions or update.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
