About The Job

The position is an essential role which entails the first point of contact for our valued customers to ensure successful service adoption and retention through serving customers at scale.

These are some of the things you will have a hand in but not limited to:

- Addressing customer inquiries about the product, service, and company by gathering and evaluating necessary information to provide accurate responses
- Handling and ensuring timely execution of orders and product requests
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer queries, and suggesting solutions to problems
- Monitoring common customer concerns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose solutions
- Actively contributing to discussions about the company's operations
- These are the skillsets we are looking for but they are not compulsory and not limited to the following:

- Experience in working with multiple people in a team
- Good command of English and a second language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Independent
- Team player and proactive
- Responsible
- Detail-oriented
- Good time management
- Optional to own a transportation (Office near LRT)

You will be guided by a leader to understand what it takes to be in this role and to get right into your daily tasks that you will perform.
