**HealthMetrics **offers clients a holistic experience; leveraging on our healthcare providers to deliver the best healthcare services. Keeping the clients at the core of our solutions, we take an approach to offer insurance or self-funded inpatient solutions to our corporate clients whichever best suit their employee demographics, strategic benefit priorities, and company sizes. You will work closely with our insurance partners to offer group insurance packages, in addition to being at the forefront in developing our in-house inpatient ASO module to offer a self-funding option.

During the management of this module, you will develop strong business relationships with both our existing and potential clients; offering strategical advice to help find the most suitable option to manage this risk. We are looking for an individual with a broad knowledge of the industry, with a natural flair for sales and negotiation.

**Responsibilities**:
Challenges will be hard, but rest assured that you will be working closely with the Head of Customer Success and our insurance agents to ensure that you continually provide high-impact solutions to customers. This role will involve several key areas; Land, Retain, Renew:

- Independently manage and be the PIC at HealthMetrics for the inpatient module.
- Work closely with our insurance agents to get the best possible quotation for our clients when procuring group hospitalisation insurance.
- A thorough understanding of an ASO module and able to explain the key benefits and processes to clients.
- Collect all inpatient medical utilisation data, diagnostics, and statistics from corporate clients to obtain a tailored quotation prior to the existing policy expiry date.
- Be the lead contact and knowledge bank for all things insurance-related at HealthMetrics; both for clients and cross-department employees.
- Plan communication and implementation strategies based on expiry/renewal dates.
- Independently conduct client meetings and provide strategical solutions for insurance-related matters, managing all aspects of the sales funnel.
- Reduce client churn by pre-empting issues before they occur and ensuring long-term solutions can be achieved at early stages.
- Work closely with the onboarding specialist for new clients to ensure that customer implementation processes are optimized before clients transfer to the CS team.
**Job Requirements**
- **2+ years** of experience working for an **insurance company/brokerage** is required.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong ability to influence through negotiation and consensus-building.
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry and able to present benefits clearly to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command in written & spoken English. Other main languages will be a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
