**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be required to work during night shifts to cater to our North American customers. Your role will be to manage and grow client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in the growth of the Seeksail business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to our clients in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in planning and booking their yacht charters, offering expert advice and personal recommendations as needed.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our yacht offerings, destinations, and sailing conditions.
- Coordinate with various teams (including booking, operations, and marketing) to ensure the success of each charter.
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and ensure their experiences exceed expectations.
- Help grow the Seeksail brand by identifying opportunities for upselling and promoting our services.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, tourism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to work night shifts to cater to North American customers.
- Knowledge of yachting or sailing is a plus, but not required.
