**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads, qualifying them and guiding them through the sales process, while also proactively identifying and prospecting potential clients through outbound channels such as cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Conduct on-site visits to client galleries or attend events to showcase our services and build rapport with potential clients, integrating these activities into the broader sales strategy.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and recommend tailored digital solutions to meet their goals, leveraging insights gained from both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, development, and marketing to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction, integrating feedback and requirements gathered from both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value of our services, utilizing insights and feedback obtained from both inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals, adhering to the company's commission growth map, while also staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance negotiation strategies.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, integrating data from both inbound and outbound sales activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in inbound sales, preferably in a digital agency or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
