**Call Centre Representative**

**Oil & Gas Client (PETRON)**

**12 months Contract Duration**

**Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur**

**Monday - Friday [8.00 am - 5.00pm]**

**RM 3000/month**
- Make outbound call to existing and new customers.
- Assist customers to sign up SKDS or guide them to sign up SKDS via phone.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and offer suitable products / solutions to customers.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Perform data entry and build a customer database.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Min Bachelor Degree in any field
- Min 2 - 3 years of working experiences in customer services field
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English. The ability to converse in Chinese or Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with basic computer software i.e.: Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Adaptability and accountability.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month
