**JOB PURPOSE**:
- Responsible for the student’s tribunal process, safety and welfare of students attending ALAM in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Perform line management for Student Affairs team and accommodation team, ensuring excellent customer service is always being provided, and that internal processes are being adhered to.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead on the care, welfare and safety of students at all times; ensuring the students adhere to the campus’s rules.
- Act as first point of contact for students requiring assistance. Act as emergency telephone support on a rota basis when required.
- Support the development of policies and procedures related to Student Affairs and review the Code of Conducts where necessary in line with Company’s guidelines and needs to keep abreast with latest development.
- Provide support to students for any personal problems that may arise. Manage any welfare issues that are being addressed by other team members.
- Communicate policies regarding all aspects of student welfare, and to ensure school notice boards are always up to date with correct information for students.
- Responsible for the line management of the students’ services and their accommodations. Ensure accurate details and records are up to date for all accommodation issues for the students.
- Administer the residence and students’ accommodation allocation, ensuring that voids are minimized, and that sufficient students’ rooms/residences are available throughout the year.
- Manage the overall provision of administrative services to provide effective services to students and to ensure that all governance and compliance standards are maintained.
- Ensure that the database is maintained and up to date with correct student details. Maintain accurate records of student attendance are being maintained and absences are being communicated to academic management in a timely manner. Ensure regular feedback from students is received and acts accordingly within the Campus’s limits in a timely manner.
- Manage the students’ tribunal process for disciplinary cases as and when required. Gather facts and evidence from the relevant parties for the hearing/tribunal process in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Process and administer the procurement and inventory of relevant students’ related items such as uniforms, shirts, shoes, relevant attires and learning materials as required.
- Coordinate preparation and publishing of student affairs calendar.
- Assist the department as assigned by the Management.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- At least 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience in general admin duties and student affairs in education/ training industry.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels with tact and discretion.
- Good in MS Word and MS Excel.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- At least a Degree in Business Administration/Office Management or equivalent.

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,400.00 per month
