Operation Administration Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:
**1. Maximise Department Administrative Efficiency and Productivity**
- Manage department diary, schedule meetings and appointments
- Handling general department administration duties
- Arrange company events (concert, graduation, outing, etc) assigned by HOD.
- Handle other tasks assigned by HOD.
**2. Administrative Task**
- Work under HOD to generate and submit monthly reports on centre and department performance
- Filling and organising related documentation.
- Prepare letters or correspondence
**Core Competencies & Skills**:

3. Excellent with Microsoft office
4. Communication skill
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
