Customer Services Executive

**Job Descriptions**:
- Acts as a liaison between clients and operation teams to deliver positive client experience.
- Analyzed complaints from clients and provides adequate resolutions.
- Gather client feedback and share it with Operation teams.
- Assist directly or route clients to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Take the extra mile to engage clients.
- Any other at hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strongly recommend to have a great communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Able work independently and at the same time contribute effectively in a team environment.
- **Mandarin speaker** is advantages. Because this position is required to deal with **Mandarin clients**.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
