Assistant Procurement Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Establishing a material management and control system including verification of material and equipment received.
- Ensure transparent and competitive procurements are conducted and properly documented as required, organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFQ, RFP, RFI, Tenders, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding related stakeholders on processes involved;
- Propose and implement improvement plans and corrective actions to improve efficiencies or performance within the department.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required.
- Provide the annual budget and expenditure for maintenance activities in line with company’s business plans and analyze and recommend cost improvement for future business plan and strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
- Excellent experienced in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry is preferred
- Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office ( Words, Excel, etc ) and data base Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, high integrity, meticulous & resourceful.
- Based Bukit Jalil, KL. And, wiling to travel to Plants (Banting & North Port)
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Banting: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
