  • Our service encompasses endtoend project management: design, supply, delivery, fabrication, installation until system commissioning._

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Plan and execute day to day operations and programs assigned by the Department.
  • Perform payroll and all other payroll related duties.
  • Enhance & facilitate existing new hire onboarding program and structure job training plan to ensure new hire is well integrated into the organization.
  • Develop and enhance existing Policies & Guidelines/SOP, administers and monitors them to ensure relevancy in the company practice and standardization across all subsidiaries.
  • Recommend, plan and execute Employee Relation matters & employee engagement programs to promote open communication and positive culture in the organization.
  • Design the TNA (training needs analysis) and work with respective managers to identify employees' competency gaps to propose training intervention and training & development plans.
  • Coordinate and execute learning & development initiatives for all staff to enhance employee's skill and knowledge as part of their career development.
  • Develop training system, and keep track of employees' training records and documentation.
  • Plan and utilize HRDF fund base on department allocation and priority on employees' training.
  • Prepares monthly HR related reports /KPI based on the instruction of Directing Manager.

PROCUREMENT:

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from supplier / vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
  • Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
  • In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders (PO) delivery and shipment schedules.
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
  • Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors and evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
  • Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
  • To lead Procurement, Contract and Administration team which consists of min 5 headcounts.
  • Undertake any other adhoc duties as assigned by directing manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess Degree Qualification in HR/Business Administration or other relevant studies.
  • Minimum 5 years Work Experiences in procurement and administration with Oil & Gas (O&G) Industry will be extra advantages.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability
  • Good working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations.

Salary:
RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
