Job Description:

- Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, staff exit process, and other day-to-day HR administration.
- Responsible for payroll, compensation & benefits - salary payment, allowance, overtime, and statutory payment.
- Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff leave records, and attendance tracking of all employees in an organized manner.
- To assist in the revision and implementation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
- Ensures proper recordkeeping, maintaining employees' files and HR filing systems.
- Respond to employees’ queries and requests, by providing assistance and advice on matters pertaining to HR issues and the company’s rules, and regulations.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, government agencies and other parties which related to HR and Payroll matters.
- Monitoring and updating all employees ' GPA and GHS insurance renewal
- Preparing any memo, announcement, letter, etc. pertaining to office and HR matters when required.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events.
- Handling ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior HR Administrator and Senior Office Manager from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields.C
- Familiar with Times payroll software will be an advantage
- Able to work in a team and ability to work independently and effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and pleasant character, and fast learner
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: From RM3,200.00 per month
