Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training and staff exit process, and other day-to-day administration.


  • Responsible for payroll, compensation & benefits salary payment, allowance, overtime, statutory payment.
  • Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff leave records and attendance with Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
  • Ensures proper recordkeeping, maintaining employees' files and HR filing systems.
  • Response to employees' queries and requests, provides assistance and advice on matters pertaining HR issues, company's rules and regulations.
  • Communicate verbally and writing with all levels of employees and management, statutory and government agencies and others related parties on HR and payroll matters.
  • Monitoring and update on all employees GPA and GHS insurance renewal.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior Office Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource/Payroll
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia's labor laws and HR best practices

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM3, RM3,700.00 per month
