Onsite Desktop Technician

1. Stationed full time at Fujifilm(client) main office as On-Site Desktop Support

2. Provides end-user technical support including configuring hardware, performing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting and correcting hardware and software problems, and resolving day-to-day system problems for end-users and VIP.

a. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including software and hardware issues.

b. Installing and configuring hardware and software. (Imaging Operating System/Reformat on Notebook and Computer, Software Installation.)

c. Administer user account using an Active Directory

d. Provide the support either onsite or remotely to user based on the issues and situation that being handle appropriately.

e. Troubleshoot, resolves, and closes incidents/service requests based on the log ticket system (EUP)

f. Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors (warranty claim process)

g. Properly collaborate or escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (Office365 Team, Infra Team, and other Team).

3. Act as Team Representative to communicate and align between client and team member to make sure all information and task being handle and operate within specific SLA’s and client requirements.

4. Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
