**Job Responsibility**:

- Plan, organize, and execute events, including birthday party, school trip, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with planner for all pre-arrangements.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Handle any issues or problems that arise during events.
- Maintain detailed records of event-related expenses and manage the event budget.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with event management software and tools.
- Certification in event planning or project management.
- A strong network of industry contacts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
