**Administration, General Affairs cum Human Resources Manager**
- Creating, planning and coordinating Office Administrative plus Human
Resources systems and procedures
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Will need to lead the team to complete a range of administrative and school promotional and marketing activities
- To supervise daily support operations of the school and plan the most efficient administrative procedures
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skill & well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently
- The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively
- Minimum **15 **years working experiences in the related field with good personnel management skill
- Must be able to write, read and communicate in Chinese, English and BM
- Age : 40-55 years old
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
