Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia SSRV (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

Support in transactions related to monthly Freight Self-Billing payment process.
- Maintain and update Freight tariffs for Hauliers in GSAP system that are used for freight payments.
- Processing payment of Haulier’s / Supplier’s invoices (approx. MYR 14 million / SGD 300K per year).
- Provide monthly reporting for submission to RT Contract Holder PM/EM & Road Transport Compliance Coordinator.
- Updating and maintenance of customer and vehicle data in Toll Master tool for toll monthly calculation.
- Tracking monthly/quarterly KPI for TM/TOST submission.

Support RTC for ad hoc analysis data and data download.
- Monitoring visual monitoring board.
- Maintain record, data accuracy, reference, and other type of RT related documentations.
- Support RTC on administration of the project, as required by Project Lead.
- Support RT Indonesia (as & when require). Additional Responsibility Assist the focal point for Road Safety HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) for Trading &
Supply Operations Road Transport scope of activities. Assisting the Lead for Technical & Safety training for administrative event planning (maintenance, gas free, PTW, emergency response, etc) Others relevant support (RT External Sharepoint, Retail interface administrative coordinator)

**Job Requirements**

Minimum Degree in any field. Computer literate.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Financial, Administrative and Analytical skills.
Cost Management & Reporting.
Use of computer and communication systems.
Microsoft Excel - Intermediate or Advanced Level and familiar with formula - VLOOKUP, PIVOT.
Understanding of contracts/agreements.
Knowledge of financial systems/packages.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Attentive to Detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
