**Responsibility**:
- **Arrange parcel pick-up with own transport (Petrol allowance provided)**:
- Parcel sorting and organising.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer calls regarding company service questions and general concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Must have own transport with valid licence**:
- SPM required.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
