Job Description / Job Responsibilities: (Admin-related)
- Someone who can do meter reading invoice / billing to customers every month end and meeting dateline
- Handling call in from customer who log in service and maintenance for copier
- Data entry for new customers base
- Report logs to Technician and arrange them to attend to customer according to their assigned area
- Strong communication and customer service skill with customers

Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Familiar with MS office software
- Hardworking, proactive, responsible, good in interpersonal & communication skills.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Telok Panglima Garang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
