HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the overall interview, selection, onboarding new hire process and closing process, experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentation i.e.personal documentations and etc.
- Handle foreign workers matter.
- To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 year working experience in the HR field
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel)
- Discipline with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Independent, self-motivated and aggressive
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Possess own transport
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
