Product Executive HR Tech

The Product Executive will primarily be responsible for overseeing high-level product strategy and overall product development lifecycle. They will manage product artefacts including (but are not limited to) the product roadmap, product backlog and other necessary documentation, ensuring that every stage of development is aligned to product goals and business objectives. In addition, the Product Executive will serve as the main point of contact between cross-functional teams such as technology (i.e. future in-house development team), sales/business development, marketing, business support, etc., which will require good stakeholder management skills, verbal & written communication skills, listening skills, and empathy. Liaising with an external development team will also require the Product Executive to be comfortable in communicating for remote settings.
This covers:
- Drive all stages of the product life cycle, including but not limited to product and market research, competitor analysis, go-to market strategy, requirements gathering, roadmap development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product launch
- Actively manage product vision, strategy and roadmap, and prioritise activities based on business and user impacts
- Translate product strategy and user needs into detailed requirements for prototyping and development
- Collaborate and align closely with technology, marketing and sales teams throughout the development, testing and releases of features/products
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver updates, build awareness, and gather feedback for product success

- Able to articulate thoughts both verbally and written in a concise, clear manner
- Able to listen, emphatise and collaborate with different stakeholders

- Able to analyse data and comfortably work with numbers
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Bonus Points:
- Technical and/or business background, or at least with knowledge/interest
- Previous experience (internships, extra-curricular, etc) involving IT project management, market & user research and/or service design & planning
- Previous industry exposure to HR & recruitment and/or IT & software development
- Familiar with user experience (UX) concepts and best practices
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
