**Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.**:

- **Planning and organizing procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer and dismissal of staff.**:

- **Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to screening resumes and scheduling interviews.**:

- **Facilitate smooth employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.**:

- **Define and promote company’s core values and culture through driving communication and awareness-building activities and initiatives.**:

- **Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.**:

- **Preparing HR documentation and reports, like employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, leave reports etc.**:

- **To assess and monitor organizational structure to optimize efficiency and effectiveness which includes establishing appropriate reporting structure and team structures.**:

- **Planning and organizing negotiations and procedures for determination of wage structures and level and for consultation with workers on conditions of employment.**:

- **Work with managers to identify high-potential employees, develop and execute talent development plans with in-house trainer.**:

- **Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.**:

- **Work with in-house trainer in the implementation and execution of training and development programs for employees.**:

- **Planning and organizing negotiations and procedures for determination of wage structures and level and for consultation with workers on conditions of employment.**:

- **Responsible for employee engagement and satisfaction through conducting employee surveys, gathering feedback, and implementing initiatives to address issues and improve employee well-being.**

**Requirements**:

- **Must have solid and proven human resources experience for minimum 3 years experiences.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and regulations.**:

- **Fluent in all two languages - English and Bahasa Malaysia.**:

- **Excellent written skills in languages of English and Bahasa Malaysia.**:

- **Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.**:

- **A team-oriented mindset, ready to support and collaborate with fellow colleagues.**:

- **Exceptional communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with employees and higher management.**:

- **Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
