1. Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

2. Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement plans.

4. Develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top-tier talent.

5. Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment laws and regulations.

6. Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

7. Oversee the execution of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

8. Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.

9. Advise management on legal matters related to HR, such as employee contracts, terminations, and workplace safety.

10. Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.

11. Identify areas for improvement within HR policies, procedures, and practices and propose necessary changes.

12. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.

13. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance overall job satisfaction and retention.

14. Manage and executive the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, payroll processes, and employee perks.

15. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards regarding compensation and benefits.

16. Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

17. Prepare and present regular reports to management on HR activities, trends, and recommendations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 4 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 4 years (preferred)
- SOP policy: 4 years (preferred)
- Setting KPI: 4 years (preferred)
- Recruiting: 4 years (preferred)
