The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's HR initiatives are aligned with its strategic objectives. The HR Manager works closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that foster employee engagement, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support the achievement of business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic HR Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning and talent forecasting to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
- **Recruitment and Selection**:

- Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- **Employee Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and separation procedures.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- **Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and coaching.
- Facilitate performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
- Support employee development initiatives, including career planning and succession planning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:

- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- Conduct salary surveys to ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive.
- Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and benefits and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- **HR Policy and Compliance**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure HR practices and processes adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry trends and update HR policies accordingly.
- **HR Administration**:

- Oversee HR administration tasks, including record-keeping, payroll processing, and HRIS management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
- **Employee Engagement and Wellness**:

- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and well-being.
- Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture through communication, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
