HR Manager/executive

**Job Descriptions**:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures.
**Job Requirements**:
- Have at least 2 years of proven related human resource experience in fast moving retail.
- Proficient in Malay Language
- Must be proficient in human resource & basic accounting skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and must be team oriented, multitask, self-motivated, creative & stay up to date with current marketing and advertising trends.
**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
