Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization.
- Maintain the accuracy of employee files & databases.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies.
- Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports etc.
- Assist with all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, Foreign Workers, KPI, Disciplinary and etc.
- Prepare, and update Process flow and SOP.
- To coordinate and participate in company event / program / projects.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
**Requirements**:
- Aggressive, Result-driven.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
- Good time management & Stress management.
- Willing to standby all the time for Adhoc stuff.
- Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Multi-lingua, Mixed well with all levels of employees.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and able to work in a team.
- Final Year student who is in their final semester only
- Malaysian only.
- Minimum 3 months of internship
