Human Resource Executive

Manage end to end HR process (Planning, Implementation and Reviewing)
- Plan and execute recruitment and selection process for every department
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding have been planned and executed well
- Handle misconduct matters by complying with company policies and labor laws
- Prepare payroll
- Manage staff performance and benefits (KPI, Yearly increment, Commissions)
- Update employee records
- Handle administrative matters as and when required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor of Human Resource or any related field
- Minimum 1+ years in the HR industry
- Knowledgeable in Employment Acts and Payroll
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Able to work in 46-G, Jalan Tengah Cheras Selatan 118, Taman Sri Indah, 43200 Cheras, Selangor
