- Responsible for Recruitment process such as creating job advertisement, posting job advertisement, screening.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
- Handle all confidential matters in the Human Resource Department and always ensure the confidentiality of all information is only release to the appropriate personnel in consultation with Human Resources Manager
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Maintaining detailed record of the company’s employees.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Administering all the hiring process of new employees.
- Create materials to train and onboard the employees.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
- Overseeing the employee’s termination process.
- Counseling employees as and when required.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Organizing events for employees.
- Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Respond to inquiries of employees with respect to benefits like the precedent, number of annual leave, etc.
- Responsible for proper implementation of HR system and procedures.
- Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, career pages, etc).
- To continuously improve on the HR System as a friendly and useful for Managers.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
**Salary**: RM400.00 per month
