As a Client Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service to the premium customer segment. Within this role, you will work on both short-term and long-term goals, build customer and prospecting relationships, identify AUM growth opportunities and hit quarterly targets. You will report directly to the Deputy Country Manager to strategise and execute AUM impacting initiatives. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Pipeline Development: Cultivate a high-quality pipeline of premium prospects to surpass AUM targets.
- Tailored Client Engagement: Provide bespoke guidance to premium clients, showcasing StashAway's unique value proposition.
- Relationship Enhancement: Foster enduring relationships with premium clients, driving retention and expansion efforts.
- Market Mastery: Share expert insights on financial markets and StashAway products, enhancing client loyalty.
- Educational Leadership: Lead seminars to educate and empower premium clients, elevating their financial acumen.
- Innovative Initiatives: Spearhead internal projects to optimize outreach and engagement strategies for premium clientele.

**Requirements**:

- Client-Facing Expertise: Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in client-facing roles, preferably from banking or asset/wealth management.
- Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a deep understanding of and commitment to serving the unique needs of premium clients.
- Performance Excellence: Exhibit a track record of surpassing AuM or revenue targets within the premium segment.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate authentic, long-term client relationships, rooted in trust and mutual respect.
- Financial Fluency: Showcase a strong grasp of financial markets and products, delivering value-added insights to clients.
- Communication Mastery: Communicate with clarity and conviction, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Exhibit a knack for creative problem-solving, overcoming challenges with ingenuity.
- Language Proficiency: Big plus if fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
- Preferably a CMSRL holder (Capital Markets Services Representative's License)
