- 定期跟進採購和倉儲部門的材料供應情況並更新商業團隊的情況
- 與計費團隊協調準備交貨訂單和發票處理
- 準備每月銷售報告和部門主管要求的任何臨時報告
- 協助和支援銷售團隊的活動、活動和培訓
- 確保正確填寫所有文件。
- 上級不時分配的任何其他任務。

**工作要求**
- 候選人必須至少擁有 SPM / 文憑 / 高級 / 高級 / 會計金融研究生文憑或同等學歷。
- 至少 2-3 年類似職位的經驗。
- 熟練使用會計軟體,了解自動計數會計軟體將是一個額外的優勢
- 熟悉Microsoft Office(尤其是Excel)。
- 善於表達,與他人合作協調,學習能力強,能及時更新相關職位知識。
- 善於分析,工作態度良好,能夠在很少的監督下獨立工作。
- 能夠同時處理多項任務、確定工作負載的優先順序並能夠按時完成任務。
- 非常注重細節和結果驅動的方法
- 所需語言:英語和馬來語。
- 與其他部門密切合作處理日常財務運作事宜。
- 展示公司在工作品質、產量和技術要求方面的標準
