Position: Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with management to research, identify, analyze, and execute new business initiatives and ideas: In collaboration with the management team, actively participate in researching and identifying potential business opportunities related to guitars. Analyse the feasibility and viability of these opportunities and contribute to their execution.

2. Brand Strategy: Take charge of developing and settling Brand Vision, and Short/Long-Term Value Propositions for brand G. Ensure consistency in brand representation across various platforms.

3. Planning and Execution of Communications: Take the lead in planning and executing all communication and media actions for the company. This involves managing both online and offline channels to effectively promote the company's guitar-related offerings.

4. Collaborate with internal and external partners: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement business plans and strategies effectively. Foster strong relationships with these stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

5. Create and manage promotional collateral: Develop and oversee the creation of promotional materials to establish and maintain consistent product branding. These materials may include brochures, catalogues, advertisements, and online content.

6. Evaluate customer requirements and develop business plans: Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and preferences. Utilize this information to develop comprehensive business plans that align with customer expectations and enhance the company's market position.

7. Build relationships with prospective clients: Proactively engage with potential clients to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities. Leverage your knowledge and passion for guitars to showcase the company's offerings and generate interest in its products and services.

8. Develop business development strategies: Devise and implement effective strategies to drive company revenue growth and increase brand value. Identify key market trends and incorporate them into your plans to stay ahead of customer demands and competitors.

9. Support contract development and customer negotiations: Assist the management team in the development of contracts and negotiations with customers. Provide insights and expertise to enhance product offerings and meet customer requirements effectively.

10. Coordinate business development activities: Collaborate with the Management Team to review and improve relevant business development activities. Share feedback, insights, and recommendations to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.

11. Participate in seminars/professional meetings: Act as a representative of the company by actively participating in seminars and professional meetings. Showcase the company's expertise in the guitar industry, establish industry connections, and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements.

Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the musical instruments industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of guitars, their features, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Genuine interest, enthusiasm, and passion for guitars and the music industry.
- In-depth knowledge of different guitar types, brands, and their unique characteristics.
- Familiarity with guitar players, influencers, and key figures in the guitar community.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to identify new business opportunities, assess market potential, and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
- Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing business development strategies, resulting in revenue growth and market expansion.
