Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- To perform general day-to-day administration duties
- Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels.
- To forecast inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize excess inventory holding cost.
- Ensure stock is always up to date
- Liaise with procurement department for inventory ordering and sufficiency.
- Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests and record all relevant info.
- Maintain proper filling systems to ensure the traceability of documents and update into systems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM or equivalent in a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal skills and able to handle administration tasks with mínimal supervision
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.
**Experience**:
