**Job responsibilities**:

- To monitor stock and raise orders for office supplies such as pantry items, cleaning supplies and stationeries
- Oversee housekeeping and provide general administrative support to management and visitors
- Liaise with maintenance department for facilities and maintenance issues
- Liaise with department heads for printing of name cards
- To help with preparation of tea break during in-house meetings and trainings
- To assist with hotel bookings
- To assist in all ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, self-motivated, possess a strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy & able to multitask
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Language: English and Bahasa Melayu
- 5 day work week
- Must be willing to work in Senai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
